This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality products.\nCore Responsibilities\nPrecision Assembly: Perform detailed assembly of components and products precisely according to engineering specifications and written work instructions.\nTool Operation: Proficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools (drills, rivet guns, air tools, etc.) to complete assembly tasks quickly and accurately.\nQuality Assurance: Conduct consistent quality checks and visual inspections on finished products to ensure 100% compliance with company standards and reduce defects.\nTeam Collaboration: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive production goals and maintain consistent assembly line flow.\nSafety & 5S: Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to all facility safety protocols and guidelines.\nMentorship: Assist supervisors in training new employees on proper assembly techniques, safety practices, and quality standards.\nReporting: Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisory staff.\nRequirements\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.\nAptitude: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow complex blueprints or diagrams, and effective verbal communication skills.\nPhysical: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks required on a high-speed assembly line.\nThank you for taking the time to read through this job posting.
