Sol-Ark does not provide visa sponsorship, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT (including STEM OPT), H-1B, or any other employment-based visa requiring future sponsorship.\nAbout the Position:\n\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end engineering development of complex products integrating electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and software.\n\nQualifications:\n10+ years of technical program management experience leading multiple concurrent, highly complex engineering programs, complemented by 5+ years of hands-on design engineering experience in electronics, embedded firmware, or systems engineering. Experience with energy systems technologies is a plus.\nDemonstrated success leading high-performance, multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex products integrating hardware, embedded firmware, and software—from concept through development, integration, and validation to high-volume production release—with a strong focus on quality and reliability.\nDeep understanding of end-to-end product development, including systems engineering, requirements management, systems integration, verification and validation, regulatory compliance and certification, and transition to volume production.\nProven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product management, quality, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to resolve competing priorities, optimize resources, and achieve program objectives on schedule and within budget while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.\nExperience managing global contract design and manufacturing partners, original design manufacturers (ODMs), and component suppliers across multiple locations and time zones.\nStrong program execution and governance skills, including integrated schedule management, budget and resource planning, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.\nExceptional strategic thinking, analytical rigor, organizational leadership, and executive communication, with the ability to translate complex program data into actionable insights and data-driven decisions.\n\nAdditional Qualifications\n\nB.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.\nProficiency with program management tools, including Jira, Microsoft Project, and Arena PLM.\nAbility to work full-time on-site at our corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas.
