The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets industry standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble and work on a variety of antenna products.\nPerform precision soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies.\nUse microscopes for inspection and detailed soldering tasks.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.\nOperate hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers and heat guns.\nFollow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.\nEnsure all work meets IPC J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly.\nAbility to pass a hands-on soldering proficiency test.\nExperience using microscopes for assembly and inspection.\nAbility to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.\nBasic computer skills are preferred.\nGood English communication skills are preferred.\nReliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
