This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDevelopment\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software using .NET Core and ReactJS.\r\nWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.\r\nEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\r\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\r\nTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.\r\nTechnical Leadership\r\nLead by example by actively participating in coding and technical problem-solving.\r\nMentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.\r\nDrive technical innovation and promote best practices within the team.\r\nCollaboration\r\nWork closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful execution of projects.\r\nParticipate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.\r\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.\r\nProblem Solving\r\nIdentify and address technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.\r\nPropose and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.\r\nExperience\r\n7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core.\r\nExtensive experience with ReactJS and front-end development.\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nProficiency in .NET Core and C#.\r\nStrong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\r\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web services.\r\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases.\r\nKnowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.\r\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\r\nSoft Skills\r\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\r\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\r\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\r\nExperience with microservices architecture.\r\nKnowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\r\nIn addition to a market competitive compensation, we have a reward philosophy that expand beyond this.\r\nFully remote with office optional.
