This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, data consumers, and technology teams to define requirements, analyze data, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision making. This role is focused on business analysis and data analysis and does not involve application development, data engineering, cloud administration, or database administration responsibilities.Key Responsibilities• Gather, document, and manage business and data requirements. • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and quality issues. • Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities. • Translate business needs into actionable data and reporting requirements. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities. • Partner with data, product, governance, and business teams to resolve data issues.Required Qualifications• Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and analytics platforms.• Experience with GCP data environments, including BigQuery.• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. • Experience with data quality, validation, and reporting. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting enterprise data products and analytics platforms. • Knowledge of data governance and data lineage concepts. • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira. • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Compliance domains.
