As a Building Code Consultant, you will work as a trusted advisor to our clients to help drive their projects to completion with best practices, accuracy, and compliance in mind, and always with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll manage some of our most challenging and interesting compliance projects and be a part of CodeGreen’s continued story of growth and success.\nA Day in the life of Building Code Consultant Coordinate and strategize with Developers, Landlords, Contractors, Clients, Consultants, and Licensed Design Professionals to obtain the necessary approvals and permits from various city agencies, including development of project schedules and associated key milestones\nOversee development of project schedules and key milestones with associated Project Managers, Construction Managers, Architects and Clients\nParticipate in Client Presentations, Functions, etc.\nMaintain database for associated forms and filing procedures through appropriate city agency platform; maintain records for various types of filings and city agencies.\nPrepare and submit proposals for assigned work, inclusive of monitoring project budgets and issuing associated Change Orders as required.
