The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, math and geometry skills, and attention to detail.Specific Job DutiesConduct thorough incoming inspection of parts to verify quality and complianceCarefully pack and unpack and parts, ensuring they are not damagedAccurately arrange, fit, and assemble components for weldingInstall and secure filler ribbons as required by welding process and work instructionsHandle and stage parts for welding, maintaining their cleanliness and integrityEnsure cleanliness of all parts during handling and assemblyOperate hand and power tools and materialsMake minor setups of equipment in assigned areaReview production data to identify potential areas of non conformanceRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, follow schedules, shop instructions or orders, SOPs and any other manufacturing documentationFit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet required tolerances and product operating requirementsIdentify deviations that could impact productivity and escalate issues appropriatelyWork safely and efficiently while following all PPE requirements and participating in safety programs that maintain a clean and safe work environment.
