The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Prevocational and College Program to support individuals with developmental disabilities.\nDuties:\n- Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective program delivery to prepare people supported for College Courses and Employment\n- Develop and implement prevocational activities such as Job Club for people with I/DD-----Ensure people supported are making progress in the areas of travel training, interview skills and social skills\n- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners and attend meetings such as ISPs\n- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation\n- Provide administrative support for program operations\n- Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement\nRequirements:\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following:\n-Bachelors degree in social work, human services or a related field\n- Experience in managing programs\n- At least 2 years of supervisory experience\n- Proven ability in program development and implementation\n- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities\nThis position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
