The R&D efforts of CONFORM include internally and externally funded R&D, university research collaborations, and small business collaboration to identify and develop new technologies that are consumable by the submarine fleet. This program representative position will involve portfolio management and integration in one or more of the following areas: independent research and development (IR&D), contracted R&D (CR&D), National Institute for Undersea Vehicle Technology (NIUVT), small business innovation research (SBIR), and other R&D groups at EB. Work will be performed in close coordination with the other CONFORM areas.
