The Relationship Manager will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.\n\nYour key Responsibilities:\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with 500 plus PPMDDs to develop a thorough understanding of their administrative support needs.\n\nMaintain a professional relationship with the service provider to foster trust, collaboration, and a partnership mentality.\n\nAct as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.\n\nIdentify, track and proactively address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.\n\nAssist with challenging or out of scope PPMDDs requests or issue escalations as needed.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.\n\nMaintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all administrative interactions.\n\nResolve administrative issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.\n\nAssist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives that require administrative support.\n\nConduct PPMDD outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experience.\n\nMaintain open lines of communication for feedback, updates, and problem‑solving. This includes establishing regular check‑ins and being available to address any concerns.\n\nWorking with nearshore and onshore management to identify opportunities for improving service delivery, efficiency, and innovation.\n\nCreates a knowledge transfer culture within the team.\n\nSkills and attributes for success\n\nWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
