Deposit Operations Specialist - Corporate (Hybrid)
JOB SUMMARY:This role is responsible for providing operational and customer service support for a variety of banking operations.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Processing and/ reviewing OAO (Online Account Opening) Processing and/or reviewing Chargeback items Processing and/or reviewing Verifications of Deposits Review and balance internal department accounts Maintenance of customer and/or employee records Maintain accurate records of all transactions Responsible for reviewing various department reports and identifying/resolving issues Asset Verifications, Social Security Verifications Processing mail-in deposits Processing /Distributing Emailed mail Responsible for opening online accounts Responsible for processing CRM events Verification of Deposits Process ATM File Other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required.
