The TPM will define scope where it does not exist, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure programs land on time, at cost, and at performance targets.\r\nIn this role, you will lead cross functional teams spanning process engineering, operations, capacitor engineering, tooling design, and capital upgrade development. You will be a crucial interface into the supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
