From multi-family residential to large-scale commercial remodels, we take pride in delivering exceptional reconstruction services with unmatched precision and care.Why Join Us?Be part of a respected and expanding company with a long-term visionThrive in a supportive, collaborative team environmentEnjoy comprehensive benefits including: Mobile phone, laptop, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, discretionary paid time off and life insuranceOngoing professional development and training on our systems, software, and processesKey Responsibilities:Contract ManagementManage contracts from bid and negotiation through project closeoutMonitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligationsTrack and administer contract changes, amendments, and claims with proper documentationProject CoordinationCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align contracts with project objectivesEnsure all deliverables (labor, materials, services) meet contractual requirementsCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure complianceRisk ManagementIdentify and assess risks related to contracts, scope, and project timelinesDevelop mitigation strategies and support dispute resolution effortsEnsure all insurance and bonding requirements are met and documentedCompliance & DocumentationEnsure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (OSHA, building codes, environmental requirements)Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including amendments and communicationsManage key documentation such as lien waivers, payment applications, and change ordersFinancial OversightReview and approve payment applications in alignment with contract terms and project progressMonitor budgets and costs, identifying potential variances or overrunsPartner with finance teams to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issuesStakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related mattersProvide regular updates to internal teams, clients, and subcontractorsFacilitate meetings to review contract status, progress, and changesReporting & AnalysisPrepare reports on contract performance, status, and financial metricsAnalyze outcomes to identify improvements for future projectsProvide insights and recommendations to leadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field3-7 years of experience in construction contract administration, project management, or similar rolesStrong knowledge of construction contracts, including AIA, FIDIC, and other standard formsAbility to manage multiple projects and contracts in a fast-paced environmentExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentsApply Today!Join a team that values integrity and diversity, take your career to the next level with us.
