Travel RN - GI/Endoscopy

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring a minimum of 2 years of endoscopy experience with on-call and weekend availability.Job Details• Endoscopy (GI/Endo) unit in a hospital setting,• Schedule is flex days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-7:30 PM, alternating between four 10-hour shifts and five 8-hour shifts, not to exceed 5 days per week,• Approximately 6 on-call shifts per month required,• Weekend coverage required 1-2 weekends per month,Job Requirements• Active NY RN license required,• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to start,• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy nursing experience required,Additional Information• An additional 8 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) must be completed as part of facility orientation,• Two supervisor references are required for consideration - one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years, each from someone in a supervisory role who can speak to clinical skills and work ethic
