Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying and selling of residential properties, scheduling and conducting property showings, preparing contracts, and providing expert guidance on market trends and property values. The role also includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, networking to generate leads, and utilizing negotiation skills to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License (required)Expertise in Residential Real Estate and knowledge of the local marketExperience in Real Estate transactions and New Home SalesStrong Sales aptitude with proven ability to close dealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency with real estate tools, software, and CRM platforms is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate are advantageous
