This role is key to ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional service levels across our logistics operations for Satellite Suites.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with carriers to schedule and manage shipmentsMonitor production schedules and sales ordersCommunicate with sales teams and customers to ensure service excellencePrepare shipping and export documentation in compliance with trade regulationsMaintain accurate records and adhere to company policiesIdentify and support cost-reduction and process improvement initiativesRequirements3+ years of transportation or logistics experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain accuracyBilingual and export experience a plus
