{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ecfad8b7c50ddf81dccbc72e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ecfad8b7c50ddf81dccbc72e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ecfad8b7c50ddf81dccbc72e","title":"PROGRAM DATA AND REPORTING ANALYST (KY)","description":"Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky\nWork arrangement: Full-time, onsite\nStatus: Contingent upon contract award\n\nAxyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Program Data and Reporting Analyst for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract at Fort Knox.\n\nThe analyst will provide workload visibility, staffing analysis, performance reporting and management decision support.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCompile workload, staffing, vacancy, turnover, backlog and completion data.\n\nProduce monthly status reports and Government-required Excel deliverables.\n\nMeasure timeliness, accuracy, rework and corrective-action status.\n\nReconcile data across approved systems and source records.\n\nDevelop management dashboards and workload forecasts.\n\nIdentify anomalies, bottlenecks and staffing risks.\n\nMaintain data definitions and calculation documentation.\n\nProtect casualty, personnel and family information.\n\nSupport Program Manager and Government briefings.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience.\n\nExperience with federal program analytics, workload forecasting or performance measurement.\n\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Salesforce, DCIPS or comparable case-management systems is desirable.\n\nStrong data-quality, reconciliation and documentation skills.\n\nAbility to translate operational data into clear recommendations.\n\nCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card.\n\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.
