Your responsibilities will include:Delivering engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child's needsConducting assessments under supervision and contributing to evaluation reportsCollaborating with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support communication goalsParticipating in supervision meetings and professional development opportunitiesCompleting all required documentation, including SOAP notes, within agency timelinesManaging your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable client hoursYou will be supported every step of the way as you meet the ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements and work toward independent licensure.What We're Looking ForA graduate with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programEligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship is required by ASHAActive or pending licensure in Washington, DC, and/or MarylandA sincere passion for working with children and a drive to grow as a clinicianProfessional communication, organization, and a team-first mindsetFull-Time Employee Benefits IncludeWe take care of you while you take care of your clients.
