Primary duties include:
* Answering and triaging support requests
* Hardware installation and upgrade
* Basic User MGMT (Active Directory, Office 365, etc..)
* Microsoft Windows Support / Troubleshooting
* Microsoft Office Support / Troubleshooting
* Desktop maintenance
* Basic Network Support / Troubleshooting
* Onsite support trips (must have reliable transportation)
* Assisting in admin office duties
