If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\n\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Technical Program Manager located in Milpitas, CA.\n\nReporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Junior Technical Program Manager will be be responsible to manage and support for a product or range of products through all phases of product development and manufacturing to improve the product manufacturability, testability and quality.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n\nSupport and manage production area by assessing product failure issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.\nSuggest improvements to manufacturing process to obtain improved quality and production yield.\nExamine methodologies to maximize Failure Analysis, integration, and verification efficiency\nSolve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.\nInteract with customer and various departments on product related test issues – engineering changes, new model development.\nBring out manufacturing process in a timely manner.\nWorking closely with Failure Analysis Engineer to provide guidance to the debug technicians and develop better understanding of the product.\nWork with design team to resolve design related issues.\nParticipate to cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, scrap reduction.\nSuggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes so as to ensure superior quality of products.\nUnderstand and set up test topology to meet customer's requirement.\nTest/Assembly process support: test code verification, test automation, bug reporting, test process improvements and cost reductions.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n\n3 - 5 years in Data Storage, Rack server and telecommunication products.\nElectronics and Mechanical experience\nDetailed understanding of diagnostic, failure analysis, and debug techniques.\nWorking experience in electronic manufacturing environment\nDetailed understanding of product BOM structure on both board and system level.\nSelf starter with strong leadership, communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability.\n\n#LI-EA1\n\nEA42\n\nSS26\n\nAA01\n\nCH12\n\nMS14\n\nCC11\n\nEC37\n\nPF38\n\nJS21\n\nNV60\n\nFL75\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\n\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\n\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
