(Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid PTO)\nMonday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) After Hours as needed.\nGeneral Function:\nThe selected candidate must possess the ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. The ideal candidate will be able to perform desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems. The person selected to fill this role will be responsible for responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and following set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring datacenter operations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nThe duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
