Organize signatures for Sympathy Card and Memory Boxes.\n\nSupport family members and staff.\n\nOrganize and conducts monthly memorial service and interfaith service.\n\nAssist the Liturgical Coordinator with the pastoral care budget.\n\nParticipate in staffing needs at St. Anthony Chapel.\n\nPerform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards, infection control, and safety measures, which includes using Standard Precautions, at all times.\n\nParticipate in in-service programs, mandatory training, and attend meetings in the interest of improving skills, acquiring knowledge, and meeting state and federal regulations.\n\nRemain current on tuberculosis screening.\n\nWork as a team member and adapt to changes in work assignments to meet resident and/or staffing needs.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Theology or Pastoral ministry preferred\n1-4 units of CPE preferred, or equivalent training or experience\nTwo years+ of experience working in long term care or hospice preferred\nBroad understanding of diverse religious traditions\nActive member in a church/temple/mosque of employee’s faith tradition or spiritual community\nAbility to lead Ecumenical Worship Services\nIntermediate computer skills, understanding of basic office software and hardware\nDemonstrate empathy and understanding of population served\nExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively\n\nCatholic Eldercare is an equal opportunity employer.
