You will be producing and repairing highly complex systems and equipment that are mission critical for the platforms that they operate on.\nThis is second shift operation- hours will be 3:00pm to 12:30am\nIn this role, the selected candidate will be expected to do the following and other similar tasks:\n· Lead a 4-person team on 2nd shift, ensuring production / repairs stay on schedule.\n· Responsible for building and assets.\n· Proper labor charging with team members\n· Effective communication of goals and objectives to team members and leadership.\n· Provide feedback for performance reviews for team.\n· Understanding and complying with all quality processes.\n· Understanding complying with manufacturing processes.\n· Demonstrating personal integrity and high ethical standards as well as all internal relationships.\n· Must be able to work 9/80 schedule (8, 9hour days, alt Friday 8 hours, other Friday off)\n· Provide production and repair status in a Power Point presentation for leadership.\n· Able to resolve problems to keep production moving.\n· Assist and guide technicians in developing their technical skills.\n· This position includes learning the functional environmental screening test stations, lower-level sub assembly testing and being able to provide technical support of those.\n· This position requires a strong electronics background and component level troubleshooting DC and RF.\n· Aid technicians in fault isolation of components.\n· Write procedures to document repair techniques in conjunction with engineering.\n· Provide guidance and organize workflow as a team lead in an equipment build and fabrication setting.\n· process improvement.\n· Work with Engineering to aid in development or updating work instructions.\n· Provide reporting as requested to Operations Leadership.\n· Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble electronic subassemblies.\n· Wire circuits, replace components, and repair electronic assemblies.\n· Perform test readings using several different instruments, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and Digital Multimeters.\n· Perform calibration checks on electronic instruments.\n· Use practical electronic theory and basic tools.\n· Complete solder certification.\nBasic Qualifications:\n· Associate degree in electronics-related field OR Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in electronics related position, AND 5+ years of relevant electronics experience.\n· Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel\n· Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia second shift.\n· Leadership experience.\nComponent level trouble shooting experience.\n· Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions and other process documents.\n· Must be able to collaborate in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications (NOT required):\nRF experience\n· Test equipment experience, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and Digital Multimeters.\n· Manufacturing experience\nFamiliar with Manufacturing Execution System for production and Gold for repairs.\n· Experience managing workflow in an electronic assembly environment.\n· Have a current Secret DoD clearance OR be able secure one.\n#IND1\nPay: $40.00 -
