You will guide deal strategy by providing deep insight into the technical and business buyers, acting as a trusted advisor who drives innovation and improves business performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAlign innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts across the Financial Services verticals.\n\nPartner with clients and collaborate with internal team members to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across the various Salesforce product lines.\n\nDevelop solutions for business development, operations, and IT strategies, including product demonstrations.\n\nBusiness Problem Solving & Solutioning: Take ambiguous and sophisticated business problems, define the opportunity set, and recommend practical next steps; discover customer business needs, analyze requirements, and position the best Salesforce multi-product solutions.\n\nArchitectural Guidance: Convey a deep understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture, evangelize the Salesforce Platform, including Financial Services Cloud, HeadlessCRM, Hyperforce, Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, and educate customers on customization and integration possibilities.\n\nAI & Data Strategy: Develop technical POVs on the Context Architecture for AI (including RAG, grounding, and real-time data pipelines), Agentic AI Governance, and Hybrid Architecture (human + autonomous enterprise). Run customer-facing workshops and partner for executing POCs.\n\nConnect Experiences: Demonstrate executive-level and business-level software demos and rapid prototyping to show connected experiences; build customized solutions tailored to multiple personas, leveraging agentic coding solutions.\n\nInnovation & Consensus Management: Evaluate solution options (build vs. buy) and drive consensus among key C-level collaborators and IT stakeholders.\n\nCross-Functional Orchestration: Lead cross-functional solution guides, align them to the opportunity strategy, and share best practices with the broader Solution Engineering community.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nB.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a collaborative team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.\n\nDeep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration.\n\nExperience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI), including GenAI usage and evaluation of emerging AI/Data technologies.\n\nExceptional executive presence with solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex topics effectively to both C-suite leaders and technical decision-makers.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel based on territory alignment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nProven experience working as an architect, solution engineer, IT consultant, developer, or similar in a customer-facing role.\n\nIndustry experience in Financial Services, with understanding of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and security (e.g., SOX, FINRA, SEC) or core concepts like KYC/AML and loan origination.\n\nExperience working with agentic code solutions (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Agentforce Vibes, etc.).\n\nSalesforce Certifications (e.g., Financial Services Cloud) and/or previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company.\n\nHands-on experience in roles that required building, implementing, or administering enterprise software.\n\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
