Products will include antennas subassemblies and top-level assemblies, and electronic assemblies that are part of a mobile or stationary antenna ground terminal.  Be part of a growing team in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing atmosphere as we develop new products for the communication market in both military and commercial markets.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities: \nRead and follow instructions, such as work orders, diagrams, method sheets and route sheets to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.\nCleaning of parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.\nPerform various assembly processes, including bonding parts with structural film adhesives soldering techniques.\nProperly measure, mix ands apply various liquid adhesives.\nUse scales, torque tools and measurement instruments.\nEnsure tools are clean, maintained and calibrated.\nMaintain and neat and tidy work area.\nNotify supervisor or leads if parts do not meet specifications.\nFollow all department safety procedures and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment required.\nCrimp or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place using hand tools, presses, machines and other types of equipment.\nPerform any combination of tasks to route  and tie wires used in electrical and electronic equipment or systems.\nFollow ESD precautions during basic electronic assembly.\nMay support antenna (and/or related LRUs/components) testing requirements.\nOther miscellaneous tasks to support Production as required.\n          \n            Skills and/or Experience Needed:                                                                                                       \nExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAble to read and understand blueprints, manufacturing planning, diagrams and similar shop/manufacturing related paperwork.\nWorking in a controlled, FOD free environment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            \nLanguage Skills:\nMust be able to read and understand English\nMust be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.\nMust be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to follow instructions and perform necessary duties.\nMust be able to verify work completed is per instructions given.\n     \nAdditional Skills and Experience Preferred (Not Required):\nExperienced with hand tools and assembly fixtures\nAble to use torque wrenches and calipers.\nAble to use scales and measurement instruments.\nAble to use computer and laptop Windows interface system.\n Physical Demands & Other: \nNo failed drug tests or drug tests refusals within the previous two years.\nThis position is primarily a standing position.
