Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management or other construction-related training, 3+ years of professional experience related to construction means and methods. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:\r\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\r\nManage projects from conception to completion including planning, work scope reviews, scheduling, organization, site walkthroughs and closeout (e.g., punch lists, as-builts, attic stock, final invoicing/lien waiver etc.)\r\nResolve issues that may arise with clients, contractors or consultants\r\nFully understand the scope of the project and related contract documents\r\nHave knowledge of the scopes within prime and subcontract agreements\r\nManage the client relationship\r\nDevelop tools, processes and procedures to facilitate projects\r\nTrack project progress in relation to budgets, targets and forecasts\r\nMake recommendations for improvements to the program's strategies and business processes\r\nParticipating in the evaluation of program effectiveness\r\nEngagement in any and all areas critical to meeting program objectives\r\nOversee and drive the RFI and submittal process\r\nAssist in preparing and updating project schedules and budgets\r\nAssist in coordinating construction activities on site\r\nAssist field operations in daily reports and dissemination of these reports\r\nEnsure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards\r\nManage project documentation and maintain accurate records\r\nCommunicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the construction process\r\nAssist in managing and resolving any issues that arise during construction\r\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations\r\nJob Requirements / Qualifications:\r\nBachelor's degree, technical coursework preferred\r\n3+ years of relevant experience working with General Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical\r\nStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, DER, and lighting technologies\r\nStrong project management skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines\r\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular, Excel\r\nFamiliarity with database systems\r\nAbility to travel.
