Senior Director, Professional Wellness & Longevity

Overview:Qsight, a Guidepoint division, is a leading provider of market intelligence for the global medical aesthetics and medical technology industries. We are expanding into an adjacent and fast-growing area: medically supervised wellness and longevity. This market is evolving quickly but is still loosely defined. We are looking for an experienced industry leader to help us shape how this space is understood and ensure our data, insights, and products are relevant to the needs of the market. This role will serve as both an external voice and an internal guide for Qsight's Professional Wellness efforts.This position can be remote. The ideal candidate will be able to work EST time zone.What You'll Do:Shape the categoryHelp define how Qsight approaches medically supervised wellness and longevityIdentify key segments, stakeholders, and trends across the ecosystemBring structure and clarity to a fragmented and evolving marketAct as a thought partner to the industryEngage with clients, partners, and industry participants as a subject matter expertLead webinars, contribute to content, and represent Qsight in industry discussionsAttend industry events, build relationships across the ecosystem, and serve as an ambassador for QsightDevelop and maintain a strong network of operators, clinicians, and opinion leadersApply strategic thinking to dataGo beyond analysis to interpret how the market is evolving and where it is headingHelp ensure Qsight's data and insights align with future industry needs, not just current trendsContribute to embedding data and analytics more deeply into how the industry operates over timeTurn data into insightWork with internal teams to translate data into clear, useful perspectivesHelp develop content that explains what is happening in the market and why it mattersSupport product developmentPartner with product and research teams to inform new offeringsIdentify data gaps and opportunities for new research initiativesContribute to growthSupport commercial efforts by clearly articulating Qsight's value to clients and prospectsHelp identify opportunities across investors, operators, and other stakeholdersWhat You Have:Experience in medically supervised wellness, longevity, or a closely related healthcare fieldStrong understanding of the current landscape and emerging trendsBaseline medical or science-based understanding of the space, with the ability to speak credibly about clinical and scientific concepts as they relate to the commercial side of the industryAbility to think strategically about where the industry is heading and how data can play a long-term role in shaping itFamiliarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to enhance research, analysis, and content developmentCredibility within the industry and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholdersExperience engaging externally through speaking, writing, events, or client interactionsAbility to translate complex topics into clear, structured insightsInterest in building something new and operating in an evolving spaceCollaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teamsWhat We Offer:The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000.
