Check out our RBT Rise Program, where you will have the opportunity to bloom your career with us!\n\nResponsibilities\nDirect Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools.\nImplement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.\nData Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.\nProgress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed.\nBehavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.\nSkill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.\nParent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.\nProfessionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.\nDocumentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.\nCommunication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.\nQualifications\nPassion for working with children and helping others.\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required.\nMust meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.\nAbility to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.\nMust obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent time management and interpersonal skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and\nde-escalate situations with clients.\nProlonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or\nsitting in order to interact with clients.\nMust be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.\nAdequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.\nEye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other\nnecessary tools.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
