GIS / IT Manager

Accel bi is seeking a 7+years of experienced GIS / IT Manager to support enterprise GIS modernization, system integration, and infrastructure-focused digital transformation initiatives for public-sector clients. This role will provide technical leadership across GIS architecture, enterprise application integration, utility data environments, and IT coordination activities supporting mission-critical operations.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ESRI technologies, enterprise systems integration, GIS operations, and IT governance, with the ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts in complex environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, coordination, and management of enterprise GIS / IT initiativesSupport ArcGIS-based environments, GIS modernization, and utility-focused geospatial solutionsOversee integration of GIS with asset management, ERP, ECM, and other enterprise platformsCoordinate technical teams across infrastructure, application, and data-related activitiesSupport architecture decisions, environment planning, system performance, and operational sustainabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to align GIS and IT capabilities with business and operational needsGuide implementation of scalable, secure, and interoperable technology solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing GIS and IT environments in public-sector, utility, or infrastructure organizationsStrong knowledge of ESRI platforms, enterprise applications, system integration, and data governanceExperience with browser-based GIS, enterprise architecture, and technical delivery oversightFamiliarity with utility, engineering records, or infrastructure data environments is highly preferredStrong communication, stakeholder coordination, and project leadership skills
