As a truck driver, you will be making a direct impact on supply chain needs locally and regionally.\n\nRate:\n\n* $350 - 400/daily rate (dependent on route)\n\nSchedule:\n\n* Monday - Friday\n* 10:00 pm - Until completion\n\n_*Perks Include:*_\n\n_*\\*Home Daily*_\n\n_*\\*Weekends Off*_\n\n_*\\*1099*_\n\n_*\\* Fuel Card*_\n\n_*\\*Weekly Pay*_\n\nWork & Company Culture:\n\n\\*Active & Engaging leadership and Driver Support\n\nTruck Driver Duties and Responsibilities\n\n* Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle\n* Pick-up loads and organize goods in an ordered, logical manner. Load and unload trucks IF NEEDED.\n* Ensure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage\n* Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations\n* Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with clients\n* Assist in mapping delivery routes\n* Stay on a predetermined and dedicated route and ensure timely deliveries\n* Communicate with dispatch as needed\n* Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document\n* Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip\n* Check weather conditions and road reports before departure\n* Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered\n* Follow delivery schedule\n* Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs (ELD)\n* Track and report working hours\n* Adhere to company rules and regulations\n* Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions\n* Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations\n* Make safety a priority at all times.\n* Partial Scanning\n\nTruck Driver Requirements and Qualifications\n\n* *18 months of verified Class A truck driving experience*.\n* *Valid Class A License*\n* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred\n* Clean driving record with no moving violations\n* Must pass a background check, Drug Screening and Clearinghouse.\n* DOT Medical Card (Physical Exam)\n* Skilled at driving large vehicles\n* Comfortable maneuvering and parking a tractor-trailer\n* Alert, focused, and detail-oriented\n* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. at a time\n* Able to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.\n* An innate sense of direction\n* Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful\n* High level of composure and good stress management\n\nAre you interested in a position with us?
