This key role owns the processes related to the uptime of equipment, as measured and tracked using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); this also includes assembly equipment uptime. Success for this role is recommended to have detailed experience with Lean Manufacturing with achieved process improvement methodologies related to the elements for production processes, cycle times, methods and controls.\n\n*What you’ll do:*\n\n* Directly supervise and coach the activities of Maintenance Technicians in assigned areas(s).\n* Drive continuous improvement of OEE in assigned area (s) using Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) Lean tools.\n* Procures tools/equipment and creates appropriate requests.\n* Drives maintenance programs, computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep machinery in optimal conditions and results.\n* Develop and manage capital improvement projects including costing, vendor selection and management, proposals and project management.\n* Organizes and manages multiple priorities.\n* Evaluate and solve production problems associated with equipment, maintenance, and/or manufacturing methods.\n* Implements root cause analysis and engages maintenance technicians in problem solving methods.\n\n*Qualifications and skills required: *\n\n* Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field, preferred.\n* 5 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing.\n* Minimum 3 years of prior supervisory experience, preferred.\n* Experience leading projects in the field of manufacturing maintenance groups is preferred.\n* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints.\n* Experience and understanding of PLC, pneumatic and motor controls in a continuous process system.\n* Experience in uptime improvements, scrap reduction processes and ownership of area OEE and process delivery results.\n* A proficient understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office proficiency.\n\n*Benefits highlights:*\n\n* Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.\n* Competitive holiday and vacation time off program.\n* Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.\n* Discounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service.\n\n*Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.*\n\n*Find more on:*\n\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/\n\nElectrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\n\nElectrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
