Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise and attention to detail. Duties Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and welding. Conduct auto painting tasks to restore vehicles' exterior finishes. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks. Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate auto estimating for repair costs. Collaborate with team members in a dealership environment to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks as needed. Experience Proven experience in auto body repair, with a strong understanding of vehicle structures and materials. Familiarity with auto painting techniques and equipment. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential. Previous work in a dealership setting is preferred but not required. A background in mechanics or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
