Remote Receptionist / Client Services
We’re hiring a Remote Receptionist / Client Services Representative to be the first point of contact for Expert Cleaning Services clients. You’ll answer calls, schedule jobs, and guide customers confidently using our proven system. If you’re organized, professional, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.
$15–$17 per hour starting (based on experience)
Pay increases after 90 days of strong performance
Commission bonuses for booked jobs
$14–$18 per hour (plus commisons)

ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls with professionalism
Follow our script to book cleaning appointments
Enter jobs directly into our scheduling system
Handle client questions with clear communication
Ignore sales spam and hang up on solicitors
RequirementsExcellent phone presence and communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
Comfortable with scheduling software and CRM tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean background check
Bonus Skills (Preferred)Receptionist, customer service, or sales experience
Experience using CRMs or call systems
Proven ability to stay organized in a remote role
Positive references or track record of reliability
