We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employees knowledge, critical thinking, and innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesSupport PM in all aspects of contract executionAssume responsibility for assigned operational areasAssist with staffing oversight and workload distributionParticipate in PMRs and program reportingSupport risk management and issue resolutionCoordinate with PM and QAM to maintain quality standardsEnsure operational coverage across contract performance areasAssist in meeting performance metrics and production requirementsServe as alternate point of contact when PM is unavailableOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelors degree OR three (3) years of relevant experienceExperience in program management or leadership supportStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting federal or intelligence-related programsExperience in analytical or operations-heavy environmentsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Task coordination and execution supportProblem-solving and risk managementEffective communication with leadership and staffOperational planning and workforce coordinationChenega Corporation and family of companies is an EOE.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledNative preference under PL 93-638.We participate in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program
