leading the agency maintenance, development, and deployment of IT initiatives providing solutions that align with agency core responsibilities and business needs; enhancing existing Client and creating new virtual services by combining the resources of traditional information systems with the convenience, availability, and reach of the web and/or other new and emerging technologies and service delivery outlets;
