The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.\nTHE POSITION:\n\nAt STACK, the Manager, Wet Utilities will report to the Senior Director, Wet Utilities as part of the STACK Utilities Team. The Manager will be responsible for executing on near-term and long-term wet utility projects to help STACK integrate wet utilities into ongoing and new data center projects. The Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing consultant studies, supporting the development team related to water & sewer needs; supporting the design and construction teams for infrastructure design and construction; and managing relationships with various external stakeholders. The Manager will also support new corporate priorities and initiatives, particularly related to internal process improvements and company wide collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience with various phases of planning, designing, and constructing water and sewer facilities, be able to translate and communicate technical issues to non-technical team members, and a strong ability to identify issues and provide problem solving strategies. Specific job responsibilities include, but not limited to:\n\nManage and review consultant efforts with respect to various engineering, design, estimating, and construction related to water & sewer to support development of new data center sites.\nReview and approve project cost estimates and schedules related to project water & sewer needs.\nManage relationships and discussions with water & sewer utilities as it relates to their review/oversight of site infrastructure needs.\nReview and analyze data to provide reports assessing existing upstream and local infrastructure of Water and Sewer providers in existing and future project locations.\nSupport Development Team efforts in rezoning cases and Development Site Permit Applications.\nSupport Development, Innovation & Engineering, and Construction teams to execute on Engineering, Procurement and Construction strategies for future on-and-off-site water and sewer infrastructure projects.\nAssist with review of agreements with water & sewer utilities.\nWork with regional utility providers to extend and capitalize on the use of reclaimed water to serve STACK data center sites.\nIdentify and develop new near-term and long-term strategies in conjunction with the Utilities Team to continually improve internal processes (i.e. workflows, communications, presentation of deliverables)\nManage budget related to water & sewer consultant activities.\nCollaborate with other business units supporting STACK Development as necessary, including pre-construction, design and engineering, sales, legal, and tax.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nTHE DETAILS:\n\nLocation: Denver, CO preferred, but flexible for right candidate\nTravel: Up to 30% if remote.\nBenefits: Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Leave Programs\nMust be eligible to work in the United States\nMust pass comprehensive background screening.\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field preferred\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience with water & sewer utility infrastructure planning, design, & Construction\nProficient in Microsoft Office product suite\nStrong analytical, detail-oriented, creative thinking, and communication skills\nAbility to execute, process, and prioritize tasks with minimal-to-no supervision.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nCompensation Range:\n$128,260.00 - $146,017.59\nTHIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:\nYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.\nYou do not get flustered easily.
