Literacy Intervention Implementation\nImplement structured literacy intervention strategies aligned with program curriculum and student needs.\nUtilize DRA levels to group students and deliver targeted, differentiated instruction.\nSupport reading development through small group instruction and guided reading.\nMonitor and document student progress toward reading level growth targets.\nProvide regular updates to the Program Director on student outcomes.\n2. Homework Support\nProvide daily homework assistance in a structured and supportive environment.\nHelp students develop organizational and study skills for independent learning.\nReinforce academic concepts to strengthen literacy and overall achievement.\nCommunicate student progress and concerns to the Program Director.\n3. STEAM Enrichment Facilitation\nPlan and facilitate hands-on STEAM activities that promote critical thinking and creativity.\nImplement project-based learning such as experiments, robotics, coding, engineering challenges, and arts integration.\nEncourage collaboration and student engagement.\nShare participation outcomes and engagement updates with the Program Director.\n4. Parent & Family Engagement\nBuild positive relationships with parents/guardians to support student success.\nCommunicate regularly with families regarding student progress, attendance, and program updates.\nEncourage family participation in program events, workshops, and activities.\nProvide families with strategies and resources to support literacy and learning at home.\nSupport family outreach efforts, including phone calls, messages, and in-person communication.\n5. Classroom and Behavior Management\nMaintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.\nUse trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to support student behavior.\nEstablish clear expectations and routines.\nReport behavioral incidents and successes to the Program Director.\n6. Student Engagement and Development\nBuild positive relationships with students to foster engagement and confidence.\nSupport social-emotional learning and leadership development.\nRecognize and celebrate student progress, especially growth in reading levels.\nProvide feedback on student development aligned with program goals.\n7.
