This critical role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the segregation of production and non-production network environment within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture, security protocols, program management, and a deep understanding of both production and non-production environments.\nPrimary Responsibility\n• Program Leadership:\no Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for the segregation of production and non-production network environments.\no Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the program.\no Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.\n• Network Architecture:\no Collaborate with network & systems engineers and architect to develop detailed network designs and configurations.\no Help evaluate and recommend network technologies, tools, and solutions to support segregation requirements.\n• Security Compliance:\no Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations, and best practices related to network security and segregation.\no Implement robust security controls and protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.\no Support regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.\n• Risk Management:\no Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with network segregation efforts.\no Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.\no Monitor and track risk factors throughout the program lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to minimize risk exposure.\n• Stakeholder Management:\no Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, security experts and business leaders to gather requirements and align program objective with organizational goals.\no Communicate program status, updates, and milestones to stakeholder though regular reporting and presentations.\no Address stakeholder concerns and prioritize feedback to ensure successful program delivery.\nSkills Required\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.\n8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.\nProven track record of successfully leading large-scale network segregation programs or similar initiatives.\nAbility to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to act as a bridge between multiple businesses and technology areas.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability for work\nStrong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.\nExperience with network infrastructure technologies, such as routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, server farms, systems, and cloud.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize;
