We provide ATC simulation products to civil aviation, military, and university clients worldwide.\nWe are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Finance & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting, finance, HR, IT, and administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and accuracy across departments and will work closely with employees, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, growing organization.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAccounting & Finance Support\nSupport accounts payable (AP) processes, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment execution through banking platforms and Ramp\nAssist with accounts receivable (AR) activities, including customer invoicing, tracking receivables, and following up on past-due balances\nCommunicate with vendors and customers regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries\nSupport ad hoc financial reporting, data requests, and basic analysis\nAssist with budgeting support, including tracking budget vs. actuals for travel, expenses, and capital planning\nExpense Management\nPartner with employees and managers to ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and approvals in Ramp\nTroubleshoot expense-related questions and support compliance with company policies\nHR & People Operations Support\nSupport HR administration, including onboarding coordination, recruiting support, employee documentation, and responding to routine employee requests\nAssist with maintaining employee records and systems access\nPartner closely with HR to absorb overflow administrative tasks as needed\nIT & Systems Support\nProvide basic support for employee system access, logins, timesheets, and troubleshooting\nCoordinate with internal and external IT resources as needed\nAdministration & Office Operations\nManage incoming office mail and general correspondence\nSupport office operations, including vendor coordination, address changes, and new office setup or transitions\nAssist with general operational tasks that support day-to-day business continuity\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nPrior experience supporting AP/AR, accounting, or finance operations\nWorking knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable working across finance, operations, HR, and administrative functions\nExperience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Microsoft Excel strongly preferred\nHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary commensurate with relevant education, experience, and functional expertise\nA hands-on role supporting the operational backbone of a global technology company, with direct impact on finance, HR, and day-to-day business operations\nOpportunity to make an immediate contribution by improving efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience across the organization\nClose collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and leadership, across U.S. and international offices\nHigh-visibility role with opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities as the company continues to scale\nHybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with flexibility for remote work\nComprehensive benefits package for eligible employees\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role plays a critical part in keeping UFA’s internal operations running smoothly.
