This position will provide cybersecurity and risk management support with a focus on Risk Management Framework (RMF), eMASS, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, cybersecurity compliance, and risk mitigation. The Cybersecurity Analyst will work closely with government and contractor teams to identify and mitigate risk and deliver high-quality cybersecurity products and support.\n\nAnalyze customer requirements to develop project schedules, establish milestone targets, and ensure on-time delivery.\nExercise sound judgment and decision-making when evaluating multiple courses of action.\nConduct comprehensive quality control assessments to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations tailored for senior leadership and stakeholders.\nUtilize online research and analytical tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.\nManage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to track and report on progress, compliance, and risk mitigation.\nOperate within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) environment to document security controls, track authorization status, and maintain continuous monitoring compliance.\nAdvise and assist the customer on improvements and corrections to current and future policies, processes, and procedures.\nPerform quality control reviews of Prime contractor tasks and artifacts.\nDemonstrate competent knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Computer Network Defense, and vulnerability management.\nWork independently with minimal direction to execute key tasks.\nDemonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and professionalism.\nWork directly with other contractors and government personnel to minimize risk to the agency.\nApply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and mitigate risk.\nTrain and develop Basic-level employees.\nUtilize cybersecurity tools, including ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, and eMASS, to generate cybersecurity reports and deliverables.\nConduct quality reviews of cybersecurity policies and documentation and recommend updates.\nActively pursue the advanced knowledge and skills required for progression to the Advanced role.\nDeliver high-quality products requiring minimal modification.\n\nAt COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
