We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support employees as they transition their pension and retirement plans. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource, guiding participants through their benefits while delivering a high-quality customer experience.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive pay: $23/hour\nTemporary opportunity through the end of the year, with potential to be converted into a Gallagher employee\nNo weekends! Regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM\nFully onsite role at our Bloomington location: 3600 American Blvd W, Bloomington, MN 55431\nComprehensive training provided\n\nHow you'll make an impact\n\nAnswer inbound calls from participants regarding pension and retirement plans\nMake outbound calls as needed to support participant requests\nEducate individuals on benefit options, plan details, and enrollment processes\nAccurately document customer interactions in internal systems\nProcess enrollment forms and perform data entry\nPrepare and distribute plan documents, forms, and other participant communications\nDeliver professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service on every interaction\n\nAbout You\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAt least 1 year of customer service experience\nStrong data entry and typing skills\nComfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy\n\nIf you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for an opportunity with growth potential, we'd love to hear from you!\n\n#LI-MS2\n\n#contingent\n\nCompensation and benefits\n\nAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
