Senior SAP FICO Consultant - Remote

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 5-10 years of experience with Information TechnologyThis position may require travel to project / client locationsIn order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asyleesPreferred QualificationsAt least 4-6 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant on minimum of two implementation projectsHaving strong configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP FI and CO modules:FI: General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank AccountingCO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Product CostingAnalyze and resolve complex business process and system issues in a production environmentCollaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to gather and document requirementsDeep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes in complex SAP landscapesExperience with financial month-end/year-end closing processes and integration with logistics modules (MM, SD)An ability to write and validate functional specifications and conduct end-user testing and trainingRequirements PMMO = Project Manufacturing Management & OptimizationPMMO is an SAP capability used primarily in project-based manufacturing environments (A&D, industrial manufacturing, engineer-to-order).What PMMO helps companies:Track material and cost flow at the project levelManage WIP (Work in Progress) tied to specific projectsEnable project-level inventory visibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
