This role will participate in all phases of planning and execution for facility moves, working closely with end users, designers, project managers, and government stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant space utilization.\nThe Move Manager will analyze building usage data, develop move strategies, and coordinate complex personnel relocations while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and space planning requirements. This position requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and support stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Travel may be required, including periodic OCONUS trips, to support facility audits and move execution.\nResponsibilities:\nGather, analyze, and coordinate customer requirements related to space planning and personnel moves.\nSupport planning processes by analyzing building utilization data (seating, occupancy rates, allocations).\nDevelop recommendations for personnel move strategies, including goals, objectives, and alternatives.\nCoordinate with designers, engineers, project managers, QA teams, and directorate representatives.\nServe as a key liaison with CIO/LOG/FLS organizations to manage move scope, schedules, and execution.\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, briefings, and training sessions.\nConduct space audits and walkthroughs to ensure proper utilization and personnel bed-down.\nPerform field measurements and resolve spatial orientation challenges.\nReview and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and space layouts using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.\nUtilize ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM systems to manage space data and generate utilization reports.\nTrack and report on capacity, occupancy, and vacancy metrics.\nOversee execution of personnel moves, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and requirements.\nMaintain and update planning and compliance documentation related to move activities.\nCommunicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders regarding move plans and status.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on organizational needs.\nQualifications:\nTS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience supporting space planning, facilities planning, or move management activities.\nExperience using ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM systems.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and space layouts.\nProficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.\nStrong analytical skills with experience evaluating occupancy and utilization data.\nExcellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe tools.\nAbility to travel as required, including periodic domestic and international (OCONUS) travel.\nDesired:\nExperience with strategic space planning and occupancy planning.\nExperience supporting large-scale facility moves or government environments.\nFamiliarity with facilities management processes and compliance requirements.\nExperience interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.\nSalary Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
