We live by \"what is most important to the person and for the person\".\nWe currently operate 6 state-licensed group homes with 24/7 on-site staffing.\nThe Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, health oversight, scheduling, and operational management of assigned program sites within lifempowered. PMs ensure supports are delivered in a person-centered, safe, and compliant manner consistent with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), agency policies, and individual preferences.\nThe PM provides direct supervision and coaching to Assistant Program Managers and Direct Support Professionals, ensuring consistent quality, positive service outcomes, and strong team communication. The PM works closely with their Area Supervisor and collaborates with families, medical providers, and external partners to ensure each individual receives high-quality, individualized support.\nSpecific responsibilities include:\nLeadership & Supervision: coaching/counseling, collaboration, and promoting a positive, inclusive, person-centered work culture.\nPerson-Centered Supports & ISP Implementation: training on person-centered approaches and individual-specific supports, ensuring individuals' choices, dignity, rights and preferences are respected in all areas of support.\nHealth Supports & Medical Coordination: coordinate and monitor health services and medication administration.\nQuality Assurance & Compliance: ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant, prepare for and participate in licensing visits, monitoring, ONAs, and audits.\nOperations & Staffing Management: develop and maintain staff schedules, monitoring timekeeping, oversee procurement, monitor budgets and resolve operational issues.\nCommunication & Coordination: practice open, honest, respectful communication with all stakeholders, facilitate team meetings, and build positive relationships with individuals supported and their support circles.\nIncident Management & After-Hours Support: train staff on incident prevention, reporting and follow-through, participates in the After Hours rotation which includes being on-call for a week at a time, as scheduled, to take calls, provide guidance and, on occasion, cover open shifts in the homes (additional compensation paid for After-Hours rotation).\nConfidentiality & Professional Standards: comply with HIPAA and agency standards regarding confidentiality, lead by example, and model lifempowered values.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience with development disabilities, mental health, or human services is required.\nSupervisory or Lead experience is strongly preferred.\nExperience with Oregon DD service systems and OARs is preferred.\nStrong computer, organizational, and communication skills required.\nRegular schedule: generally full-time day shift, during the week. Occasional shift coverage, as needed.
