Behavior AnalystAs a Behavior Analyst within our special education program, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with disabilities and complex behavioral needs.Full job descriptionEducation/ExperienceBCBA Certification and strong understanding of ABA principles.Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilitiesPrefer experience in developing Functional Behavor Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP's) for students with complex behavioral needsStrong understanding of behavior management principles, positive behavior support strategies, and evidence-based interventions specifically tailored to students with disabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and external stakeholders within the context of special education programs.Strong data analysis and documentation abilities.Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.Commitment to positive and respectful interaction with students with disabilities.Such alternatives as seen appropriate and acceptable by the BoardSalary & BenefitsFull-time 8 hrs/190 daysCertified staff salary schedule 2026-27Certified benefits and information summary
