In this role, you will lead a hybrid team of onshore and offshore engineers while maintaining a strong hands-on presence in code review, debugging, and production support.This is a hybrid technical leadership role—60% focused on engineering execution (code reviews, production debugging, developer support) and 40% on project delivery, team coordination, and Agile process leadership.
