Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.What You’ll DoReporting to and working alongside the Chief Legal Officer, and lead enterprise compliance and strategy at a rapidly growing, mission-obsessed organizationAdvise executive team and embed compliance into key decisions and expansion effortsBuild and scale compliance and privacy programs across organization, including clinical operations, telehealth programs, payer and provider partnerships, and new strategic initiativesScale and audit compliance and privacy programs through monitoring, investigations, remediation, and data-driven insightsServe as the face and voice of compliance at an organization that understands compliance is everyone’s responsibilityIn partnership with our security and legal teams, develop privacy policies and oversight for a rapidly scaling organization with myriad regulatory and contractual obligations concerning privacy and protected health informationPartner with product, clinical, and operations to design compliant care models and support new servicesTranslate complex regulations into practical, scalable processes that enable speed and efficiency in a compliant mannerRepresent the company in audits, payer discussions, and regulatory interactionsAnticipate and respond to regulatory trends across telehealth, oncology, and value-based careBuild and lead a high-performing compliance team with effective org design and cross-functional engagementDrive a culture where compliance enables the business and strong outcomesWhat You’ve Done10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership with enterprise ownership in complex, regulated environmentsProven track record defining and executing compliance strategy aligned to growth, market expansion, and risk managementDeep expertise in federal and state regulations including HIPAA, TEFCA, Medicare, and fraud, waste, and abuse, with experience in telehealth and multi-state care modelsStrong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and balance innovation with regulatory riskExperience leading large-scale compliance, audit, and risk functions with measurable business impactTrack record of building and scaling high-performing teams and leadersSignificant experience with regulatory audits, payer compliance, and external stakeholder engagementExperience in high-growth, technology-enabled healthcare organizations preferredBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification such as JD, MPH, MBA, or CHC preferredOUR VALUESAt Thyme Care, our core values guide us in everything we do: Act with our members in mind, Move with purpose, and Seek diverse perspectives. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $234,000-$275,00. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. This position is also bonus-eligible.
