$235,000 to $365,000 base compensation (commensurate with expertise and regional adjustments).

Duties
Providing comprehensive representation for corporate debtors, official creditors' committees, and asset acquirers in multi-jurisdictional insolvency proceedings.
Orchestrating sophisticated out-of-court debt workouts and navigating formal in-court reorganizations across the United States.
Litigating specialized bankruptcy matters, specifically focusing on the recovery of fraudulent conveyances and the defense of preferential transfer claims.
Counseling significant creditors on risk mitigation and recovery strategies within the framework of the Bankruptcy Code.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate the acquisition of distressed assets and the restructuring of capital stacks.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution with superior academic credentials.
Two (2) to Five (5) years of focused experience in commercial bankruptcy law within a reputable national firm environment.
Active Bar Membership in good standing within the jurisdiction of the preferred office location.
Demonstrated proficiency in both the procedural and substantive aspects of Chapter 11 filings and restructuring transactions.
Skills
A completed Bankruptcy Clerkship is highly regarded and preferred for this role.
Exceptional analytical capabilities regarding complex financial instruments and distressed balance sheets.
Advanced persuasive writing skills, evidenced by the ability to draft sophisticated motions, plans of reorganization, and disclosure statements.
Strong interpersonal aptitude for high-pressure negotiations involving diverse stakeholders and competing financial interests.
