Leadership Development Program -Associate leader in Training
Join an organization that wants to give you the opportunity to become an operator and own your own store! The leadership development program at Glo Tanning- Missouri is designed to give individuals the opportunity to come into a small business and learn to operate it as their own over the course of 24-36 months.
Upon successful completion of our LDP (Leadership development Program), you will be given the opportunity to open your own salon anywhere within the U.S. that has territory available for development. At the end of the program, you will give your top territories based on availability and work to develop the market as your own.
Starting as a Team Member, you will be trained in every area of the salon, until you are proficient. Participants are required to work at least 4-8 weeks to prove themselves in the basics before we formally move forward with the promotion to leadership. Each stage of the development program is purely performance based and can be moved as fast as you are willing to put in the work!
Stages of the development:
Initial Onboarding- 1 week
Shadowing as a trainee - 1 week
Learn cleaning procedures for all equipment
Learn to effectively and efficiently operate POS software
Navigate layout of the salon
Begin absorbing specific product knowledge
Sales/Spa Consultant - 4 to 12 weeks
Maintain salon cleanliness
Ensure all procedures are followed properly
Effectively execute new client experience
Meet Sales Metrics
Senior Sales/Spa Consultant - 6 to 12 weeks
Continue Sales Associate duties
Begin learning how to navigate reports
Develop coaching and training abilities
Ensure team members are executing opening and closing responsibilities
Associate Leader - 12 to 24 weeks
Store Leader - 12 to 24 weeks
Area Leader - 12 to 24 weeks
District Leader - 12 to 24 weeks
If you meet the general qualifications for a leadership promotion, you will begin a development process in the following areas:
Operations: Learning to lead a team in the execution of our core values (fast, friendly, and accurate service) and driving sales to meet store targets
Training/Coaching: Learning to develop and train team members efficiently, and coaching teams to maximize productivity and team member engagement.
Inventory Management: Organization of stock, efficiency of shipment unloading, management of information systems to order and manage inventory.
Guest Experience: This includes leading marketing giveaways and promotions, and talking to guests with sincerity, care, and UPBEAT attitude.
New Guest Efficiency: Correct execution of New Client/ Guest Experience efficiently and effectively
Report Management: Auditing financial reports to drive business decisions, as well as monitoring risk for scheduling and missed opportunities.
Facilities & Equipment: Deep clean checklist and auditing the repair and working function of all equipment.
Scheduling/Labor management/People: How to use information systems to manage labor cost, as well as complete schedules in a timely manner. Sitting in our interviews to learn how to select talent.
Front Counter Operations: Correct execution of POS, Equipment setting, Sales scripts, and troubleshooting guest complaints.

Wage Rate/Benefits
$12 to $28 an hour upon promotion and receiving full bonus
