You will work closely with other senior engineers and an SRE SME, contributing directly to automation, infrastructure, and production stability.The ideal candidate is technically strong both in SRE principles and DevOps practices, comfortable owning systems end-to-end, and experienced in operating high-availability, transaction-heavy environments.ResponsibilitiesHands-On Reliability EngineeringDesign, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructureWrite and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelinesPerform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuningImprove monitoring, alerting, and observabilityParticipate fully in on-call rotations and production supportOperational Ownership and Incident ResponseOwn assigned services, tools, or reliability initiativesRespond to production incidents using documented proceduresContribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident actionsImplement fixes and improvements to prevent recurrenceSupport reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and SLAsCollaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with fellow SREs, developers, and security teamsExecute work aligned to operational priorities and technical debt reductionContinuously improve tooling, documentation, and operational processesAdopt and apply platform standards and best practicesYour ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with:AWS cloud platformsTerraform or similar IaC toolsCI/CD toolsDocker and KubernetesMonitoring and observability tools (Datadog, ELK, Splunk)Python or Bash scriptingSolid SQL skills and workload analysis experienceKafka experience (AWS MSK or Confluent)Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-callUnderstanding of distributed systems, networking, and securityNice-to-HaveExperience in 24/7 or high-transaction production environmentsCloud or platform-related certificationsFintech or regulated systems exposureWork ArrangementHybrid: Onsite 4× per month (Makati City)Shift Options: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Manila)Workdays: Either Mon – Fri | Tue – Sat | Wed – SunWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
